Beyond the now “normal” IT management challenges of user interface,
connectivity, security and asset management, retailers are challenged by the need to manage/enhance the customer-associate interface via the device itself. Many times, product lookup, availability, pricing and customization is handled interactively with the customer and associate using the same device to answer their questions and advance the interaction to a completed sale.

The retailers with whom we interface are looking for affordable solutions that can be implemented within a relatively short timeframe, are non-disruptive to existing store systems, and perhaps most importantly — simple for their associates to use.
