Siebold went on to explain that the service ticket forms previously generated were coded, making them difficult for clients to read and understand. With the new printers, they can leave behind service tickets printed clearly and legibly with all the information right there. Examples include leave-behind sheets detailing inspection reports, as well as the kinds of chemicals applied for remediation of problems.
