How to claim your free P-touch EDGE printer:

  • Submit Your Claim: Complete the online form and upload proof of purchase for Brother Genuine TZe, HSe, or TZeSL tapes from an authorized Brother reseller.
  • Receive Confirmation: Once submitted, you’ll get a confirmation email right away.
  • Purchase Validation: Our team will review and verify your purchase to match it with the qualified free printer.
  • Get Your Reward: Your free P-touch EDGE printer will be shipped directly to the address you provided in the form.

 

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for verification and delivery processing.

Purchase qualifying Brother Genuine Tapes (TZe, TZeSL or HSe) from select participating Authorized Brother Reseller between November 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026, while supplies last, to receive one free Brother printer, maximum ten (10 printers per customer) as follows: purchase 20 qualifying tapes to receive one free Brother PT-E310, purchase 30 qualifying tapes to receive one free Brother PT-E510, or purchase 40 qualifying tapes to receive one free Brother PT-E560. Only purchases of Brother Genuine TZe, TZeSL or HSe Tapes are eligible. To claim the free product, end users must submit valid proof of sale (POS) data through the designated Brother online claim form within two (2) weeks of purchase. Failure to submit the required documentation within this time period will result in forfeiture of the promotional product. Offer valid only for customers located within the 48 contiguous United States. Resellers, distributors, and other channel partners are not eligible to participate. Brother is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected submissions, or for technical errors that may affect the submission process.
