See how in-vehicle printing helped Mustang PD solve the challenge of testing refusals at DUI checkpoints.
In this video, Lieutenant Dylan Wilson explains how he and the Mustang Police Department use the Brother PocketJet 8 full-page mobile printer to create and print search warrant documents directly from the vehicle.
At DUI checkpoints, officers may need to move quickly when a suspected impaired driver refuses testing. With a judge on site, Lt. Wilson can print a search warrant from the vehicle and walk it directly to the judge for signature. The arresting officer then has the signed warrant in hand when taking the suspect in for testing, helping the department keep the process moving and collect time-sensitive evidence.
